Zeebys winners announced at Casual Connect

The movie industry has the Oscars. The music industry has Grammys. TV has the Emmys. And casual games . . . we have the Zeebys!

That’s how Zeeby’s define themselves, and I couldn’t have explained better, what they are about. This annual casual games award took place in 2007 for the first time, and they have two categories of awards. One is the Craft Awards that are decided by peers and recognize excellence in game design, and the other category is People’s Choice Awards that is, well, self explanatory.

The winners were announced at Casual Connect Seattle, and some of the frontrunners included Agatha Christie: Death on the Nile, Mystery Case Files: Madame Fate, Build-a-lot, Chocolatier, Dream Chronicles and Peggle.
